Bucks County Housing Group
First Time Home Buyer Program
Applicants for the county program must either live or work in Bucks County. We review tax documents, paystubs, lease, and utility bills. If basing eligibility on residence – clients must have lived in Bucks County for a minimum of 6 months immediately prior to application for assistance.
If basing eligibility on work history, they must be currently employed in Bucks County with at least one year job history with the Bucks County employer prior to application for assistance.
VA HOME LOANS
NO DOWN PAYMENT
A VA loan is truly a no-money-down home program, you can finance up to 100% of the purchase price using a VA loan.
LIFETIME BENEFIT
VA loan financing can be utilized repeatedly throughout an eligible Veteran or active service member's life.
LOW CLOSING COST
Limitations regarding what fees and costs a Veteran can pay at closing further contribute to the affordability of the VA loan.
